Robert Ives is a leading expert in the energy industry, with nearly 20 years of experience at Eversource Energy.

He also brings over 30 years of Connecticut legislative and policy experience across state, local, and federal politics. His roles have included Clerk of the Energy and Public Utilities Committee at the Connecticut Legislature and Executive Director of one of the state’s major political parties. This diverse background in business, energy, and government provides clients with a uniquely holistic perspective.

Robert holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Central Connecticut State University and an MS in Public Policy from Southern Connecticut State University.

He is a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut, serves as Chair of the Southington Zoning Board of Appeals, and is involved with the Southington Apple Harvest Festival.
